From her early days as Chancellor of Western Governors University Indiana to her transformative leadership as President of the Indiana Fever, Allison has consistently broken barriers and achieved remarkable success. Her passion for creating opportunities for young women to excel in sports and leadership is evident in every endeavor she undertakes.
As Chair of the Marvella Foundation, Allison will spearhead the development of Marvella’s groundbreaking youth sports complex in northwest Indiana. This innovative facility will provide a platform for young female athletes to train, compete, and grow, fostering a new generation of leaders.
